​The Town of Harrisville Municipal Officials and Renewal of Excess Levy Election will be held on Tuesday, June 13, 2023.

"Early Voting will be conducted by Mail" May 31st through June 10th.
According to Harrisville City Code, Elections, Sec. 7-14, ORDINANCE CHOOSING TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS IV EARLY VOTING BY MAIL in lieu of early in person absentee voting.

In order to Vote Early by Mail; you must do the following:

Contact the Recorder's office to request an EARLY VOTING BY MAIL APPLICATION, in person at the Municipal Building, 1501 E Main St., calling; 304-643-2719, Faxing; 304-643-4059, or emailing; tohwv@zoominternet.net. Each registered voter in the household is required to request an application to Vote Early by Mail.

Once you have received, completed and signed the Early Voting Application, return the application to the Recorder's Office in person, by mail or fax. The completed applications will be accepted in the Recorder's Office from May 15th to June 8th, 2023. The Recorder will then issue you a ballot with instructions for completing and returning the ballot. ​​​​
When the sealed, signed ballot is returned to the Recorder's Office it will be placed in a locked Ballot Box to be given to the Election Officials on June 13th. ​
