Our water system violated State drinking water monitoring requirements. Even though these were not emergencies, you, as our customers, have a right to know what happened and what we did to correct the situation.
We are required to comply to monitor your drinking water on a regular basis. Results of regular monitoring are an Indication of whether or not our drinking water meets health standards. Between 8/1/2025 and 8/31/2025, we did not monitor or test as required and therefore cannot be sure of the quality of our drinking water during that time.
